Breathing is a physiological function which, unlike many others, can be controlled.
“Prana” means “vital energy”, “Ayama” means “expansion”, “extension”. Pranayama is therefore, the expansion of vital energy.
Through the set of techniques, which you will explore and learn in this course, you will be able to direct Prana throughout the body to purify and regenerate it, finding yourself with a clear and free mind, and a light and relaxed body.
