“Yogas chitta vritti nirodha” writes the sage Patanjali, father of yoga.
“Yoga is the cessation of the fluctuations of the mind.”
“Dhianam nirvishayam manas”: the state of mind in which there are no more thoughts coming from the senses is meditation.
Through this course we will experience together a state of complete mental stillness.
Don’t let the avoiding mind fool you into suggesting that you are unfit for this practice. Stop by and give it a try, even if it’s just for a few minutes! It’s a question of training!
You can start with short practices and even if initially you will have difficulties, over time everything will become natural: you won’t be able to do without it!
